High Impact Interior and Exterior Session

You get:

Exactly what you desire for the time allotted! If you want ten photographs that will knock your socks off, then that's what we will get you. If you are looking for complete coverage of the property, but several very high quality photographs of key areas on the property than that is what you will get. This service also includes an on site proofing setup to provide hands on ability to insure that your vision is exactly what you want from the session.

Time included:

180 minutes travel (90 miles to and 90 from)
180 minutes of photography
180 minutes of photograph enhancement

Details to be considered:

This is the highest quality of real estate photography that we can provide. It requires that you be on site or provide very specific instructions as to what you would like your final product to include. The images you would like to represent in the highest quality will resemble magazine images similar to those seen in Better Homes & Gardens. Part of the reason for the three hour minimum is due to the amount of time it take to set up and take down our additional equipment. Approximately one hour will be lost to setup, take down, and relocation of equipment to each chosen section of the home. Our products are of the highest quality, proven by years of practice and instruction.

Optional additions:

Additional time may be purchased for $29.95 per half hour and must be declared at the time the appointment is made. We strongly recommend that 30 minutes are alloted for every 1000 sq ft of finished space and that for each high impact shot you wish to include that 20 minutes be alloted.

Additional travel miles may be purchased at $.95/mile beyond and back to the included distance.
