Standard Interior and Exterior Session

You get:

20 to 30 photographs per hour. Approximately 2000 sq ft of finished area can be photographed in one hour with exterior photographs included.

Time included:

60 minutes travel (30 miles to and 30 from)
60 minutes of photography
60 minutes of photograph enhancement

Details to be considered:

This is the most complete session you can order. All rooms will be included with all interesting features of the exterior included. If one hour is ordered and there is more than 2000 sq ft to photograph, than the less important rooms will be bypassed such as minor bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a section on the order form which allows you to specify a hierarchy of importance for us to follow.

Optional additions:

Additional time may be purchased for $29.95 per half hour and must be declared at the time the appointment is made. We strongly recommend that for a 3000 sq ft home that a total of 90 minutes is purchased to provide adequate time for complete photography.

Additional travel miles may be purchased at $.95/mile beyond and back to the included distance.
