Who are you?
Real Estate Photo Pros (Formerly Colorado Virtual Tours) is a small business founded in Windsor, Colorado. Learn more about our team in the ‘About Us’ section.
How long have you been in business?
We began as an aerial photography company in 2006, before today’s ‘photo drones’ were invented. We expanded into a full real estate photography company in 2008, opened our second location in Florida in 2013, and our third location in Alabama in 2021.
Where do you operate?
Our Colorado Location covers the Colorado Front Range Region, from the Wyoming border to Colorado Springs. This includes Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins. Our Florida location covers the Emerald Coast Region, from Perdido Key to Panama City. This includes Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Our Alabama location includes the Alabama Gulf Coast. This includes Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Beach, Foley, Fairhope, Spanish Fort and surrounding areas.
When can I schedule a photo shoot?
Our photographers are available for photo shoots Monday-Friday from 8:00am to Twilight. We can often accommodate short notice/next-day requests and are also happy to schedule in advance. Contract photography available 7 days per week.
Who are your photographers?
All of our photographers are employees of Real Estate Photo Pros, and have been professionally trained using our customized photo curriculum.
How do I place an order?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Mountain Standard Time if you would like to speak to us and place a customized order. Our online store is also available 24 hours a day. Regular customers can email or text us their orders and we'll make it happen!

We are a small local company and are able to provide detailed and personalized customer service. Our main office staff is available to answer any questions throughout the photography process. We have also been in business for almost 20 years, and have a proven track record of constantly improving our processes to ensure modern and top-quality photos.
The Photo Shoot
Will the photos look like the ones on the website?
Yes. All of our photographers have been trained with the same customized photo curriculum, and use the same quality of equipment. No matter which photographer arrives at your home, they will be qualified to take website-quality images.
What exactly is included in these products?
All of our photography packages (25-Count or Unlimited) include a customizable and MLS compatible property website, which showcases all your photo or video products, community features, links to local schools, maps and more. You will receive detailed statistics and analytics showing you everything you need to know about who is visiting your website. A customizable flyer is also included. It can be saved as a PDF and printed.
What if the weather is bad?
We guarantee blue skies in every exterior photo. If it is partly cloudy or overcast, our virtual sky replacement technology will transform the photos into a bright and beautiful scene. However, if there is rain, snow or particularly gloomy weather in the forecast, we will be in touch to discuss rescheduling the photo shoot at no additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free rescheduling or cancellations for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the photo shoot. If a photo shoot is cancelled or postponed within 24 hours (excluding unexpected inclement weather) a $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
How can I prepare the property for the photographer?
The most important thing that a property owner can do to prepare for the photo shoot is to simply tidy up the home. Do I need to meet you there?
No. For your convenience, our photographers are trained to help make sure the home is prepared for the photo shoot. They will walk through when they arrive to turn on lights, adjust blinds and make any necessary suggestions. We are happy to meet you at the property, work directly with the sellers, or access the home with a lockbox.
When will my photos be ready?
All photos, even twilight sessions, are guaranteed to be edited and sent to you the following business day. Most are ready before Noon.
How will I receive the photos?
You will receive an email with a link to an online photo gallery. You can view thumbnail images, and download each photo individually or download the whole gallery at once.
What size photos should I download?
All photos will be available in four sizes. Medium, Large (great for online use), MLS Specific (exactly sized for your local system), and Print-quality (great for brochures/flyers).
Can I customize my property website?
Yes. Along with your photos, you will receive links to your property website as well as the ‘Client Control Panel’. You can use this easy fill-in-the-blank system to make changes to any of the photos or text on the website, 24 hours a day.
What if we need someone to return to the property?
If the property owners make changes, or if you are relisting a property in a different time of year and need updated exterior photos, we offer a discounted 25-photo package that works great for situations like these.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Absolutely! Whether you are an independent agent, or part of a larger office, we would love to discuss your long-term needs. Based on how many listings you forecast to take, we are open to discussing customized pricing.
